WELCOME

Mediation – and most especially family court mediation – is a gift, a doorway, and a stop sign, all at the same time.

The family courts of South Carolina have given you this “gift” as your only opportunity to mutually decide upon your family's future, and without having complete strangers (e.g., your family court judge) making these, crucial, critical, and often permanent, decisions for you.

Mediation also offers you the only “doorway” to a tomorrow mutually created by you.

And as a “stop sign”, you must always take the advantage of using your mediation conference to end your marital litigation…and on your terms.
